Selection of refractory bricks in the kiln

#1 kiln uses high alumina bricks after 35m, high alumina bricks in the outlet cooling zone, and magnesia chrome bricks or spinel bricks in other places.
#2 uses high alumina bricks after 43m, and uses magnesia-chrome bricks or spinel bricks in other places.
#3 uses high alumina bricks after 35m, and uses magnesia-chrome bricks or spinel bricks in other places.

Use refractory mud in the outlet cooling zone of #3 kiln. In the vicinity of the tire ring, in order to avoid excessive heat transfer, thermal expansion of the kiln shell will cause the kiln shell to withstand greater mechanical stress.
The fire bricks here are made of two layers of high-alumina bricks and protective layer bricks.
