Zirconia monolithics material
Introduction
Zirconium amorphous material is a refractory material that is used directly without forming and firing. It has no fixed shape. During construction, it can be formed by pouring, ramming, spraying and other methods as needed. It has the advantages of convenient construction, strong adaptability and good integrity.
Application
Metallurgical field: used for lining of ladles, tundishes, etc., which can resist the erosion and scouring of molten steel and increase the service life of containers. It can also be used for electric furnace linings, induction furnace linings and other parts to maintain stability during high-temperature smelting and reduce heat loss.
Glass industry: It is a common refractory material for key parts of glass melting furnaces, such as pool walls, flow holes, stirrers, etc. It can withstand the high temperature and erosion of glass liquid to ensure the quality of glass and the normal operation of melting furnaces.
Ceramic industry: It is used in the kiln linings and kiln tools of ceramic kilns, which can improve the thermal stability and service life of kilns and contribute to the high-quality firing of ceramic products.
