Product Introduction
Refractory cement, also known as aluminate cement, is a hydraulic cementitious material made from bauxite and limestone, which is calcined to produce a clinker with calcium aluminate as the main component and an alumina content of about 50%, and then ground. The refractoriness is not less than 1580℃, and it is usually yellow or brown, and sometimes gray. According to the composition, it can be divided into aluminate refractory cement, low-calcium aluminate refractory cement, calcium-magnesium aluminate cement and dolomite refractory cement.
Application Field
Industrial kiln field: In various industrial kilns such as cement rotary kilns, glass kilns, ceramic kilns, metallurgical furnaces, etc., it is used for masonry lining, withstands high temperature and chemical erosion, and ensures the normal operation and service life of the kiln.
High-temperature equipment repair: It can be used for the rapid repair of damaged parts of high-temperature equipment such as heating furnaces and boilers. It can quickly solidify and maintain strength at high temperatures, so that the equipment can be restored to use as soon as possible.
Refractory product manufacturing: As an important binder, it is used to make refractory products such as refractory bricks, refractory castables, refractory prefabricated parts, etc., so that refractory aggregates are bonded into products with a certain shape and strength.
Other high-temperature projects: It is suitable for high-temperature chimneys, flues of industrial furnaces, heat treatment furnaces and other engineering structures that need to withstand high temperatures, improving the high-temperature resistance and stability of the structure.
