Product detail
High Alumina Anchor Brick
Product Introduction
High-alumina anchor bricks are refractory materials made of high-alumina bauxite as the main raw materials, with appropriate amount of binder added, and are made through batching, mixing, molding, drying and high-temperature firing. They have various shapes and special structures such as dovetail grooves, holes, and ribs. According to the alumina content and physical and chemical indicators, they can be divided into primary, secondary, and tertiary grades. They have the characteristics of high refractoriness, strong resistance to slag erosion, high mechanical strength, and good thermal shock stability.
Application areas
Cement kiln
Firing zone: The first-level high-aluminum anchor brick is used in conjunction with high-temperature resistant metal anchors to fix the refractory bricks or castables on the inner wall of the kiln cylinder to prevent the lining from falling off due to high temperature, material scouring and chemical erosion.
Transition zone: The second-level high-aluminum anchor brick can enhance the integrity and stability of the lining and reduce the damage to the lining caused by thermal stress and chemical erosion.
Glass kiln
Pool wall: Use the first-level high-aluminum anchor brick to fix the refractory material of the pool wall through metal anchors to prevent leakage of high-temperature glass liquid.
Breast wall: The second-level high-aluminum anchor brick is used to support the weight of the upper structure and resist high-temperature radiation and airflow impact.
Heating furnace
Furnace top: The first-level and second-level high-aluminum anchor bricks are mostly installed on the I-beam in a hanging manner to support the refractory material of the furnace top, disperse the weight of the furnace top and prevent collapse.
Furnace wall: The second and third-level high-aluminum anchor bricks are buried in the refractory castable wall to enhance the stability of the furnace wall and improve the impact resistance and anti-stripping ability.
Steel smelting furnace
Blast furnace: In the throat, furnace body, furnace cylinder and other parts, the first-level high-aluminum anchor bricks and metal anchors are used to fix the refractory lining to resist the erosion and scouring of high-temperature molten iron and slag and the impact of high-pressure gas in the furnace.
Converter: The first-level high-aluminum anchor bricks are used to connect and fix the refractory materials of the converter lining to withstand the scouring and erosion of high-temperature molten steel and slag and frequent temperature changes.
Coal chemical kiln
Coal gasification furnace: The first-level high-aluminum anchor bricks are used on the furnace wall and the top of the furnace to connect and fix the refractory materials with the metal shell to resist high temperature, high pressure, corrosion and other harsh working conditions.
Retort furnace: The second and third-level high-aluminum anchor bricks are used to connect and fix the lining to enhance the integrity and stability of the lining and resist thermal stress, material erosion, etc.
